Did my first InBody scan since March 6 (pre Covid). Up a pound in weight, 19.7% BF (up 2%). 181 lbs lean mass (down 3), Fat up 4 lbs. plenty of new material to turn into muscle.

Lifting numbers are getting close to what they were. I’d tell you the tape numbers, but I don’t know that the trainer is good with the tape yet (new guy). Everything supposedly got smaller except my belly (1 inch) and arm (same). 3 inch drop in the hips? Maybe 😊
102.2 kg 지금까지 감소한: 29.8 kg.    남은양: 4.7 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

It is good to know! Not too bad considering how little I lifted over about a 3 month period. Back in the groove now.
