Ok bitches.......I ran for ten minutes. It sucked, I did it, now I am going to eat pizza. I am starving because I didn't eat all day so I could have my calories tonight. LOL.
I may not have gotten out of the house but I set one minute goals and ran in place inside, where it's warm, without my shoes. I successfully completed 10 minutes. Now I want to die. Why did I sign up for this challenge again...OMG, I hate running!
Keep up the good work everybody. We can do this, we just have to get creative!!!
