got within sight of my 10 week goal, but now I need a new goal to shoot for. my 10th anniversary passed, which was the date I had in mind. my primary goal would be a body fat goal of 20% or less using the online estimator I have. that's pretty ambitious I think...going to shoot for an 8 week date, and going to try low carb (less than 100g/day). to do that, I'm going to need carefully selected fat sources, especially more beef and eggs. weird for weight loss? maybe. training will be weights in a 40-day high frequency lifting program emphasizing weight speed over lifting heavy. also, need to get my digestion in order, as reflux has been bad....so goodbye beer and sodas.
