Have been struggling with a rib injury, new meds, smoking, and eating in general. Finally decided to quit smoking, and began to quit yesterday evening. Since 6pm Nov. 8, 2010 I have had zero cigs. I am turning a new leaf again. I know that my fight with weight, health and addictions will never be over, it is just a journey that I must be willing to continue each and every day. This must be a decision to change my life forever, not just for the next few months. I must depend on myself, and only myself. If I fail it is my fault that I fail and nobody elses. This is MY body and I must take control and transform myself into what I know I can be. So begins another journey.
