Weigh In - Weeks 2
Hello Everyone,
Today is Week 2 for me into this journey and it honestly feels like I've been at it for atleast a month already!
Week 2 wasn't as strict as week 1 in terms of food as I had a cheat day (not scheduled). I thought the cheat would set me back but not so much because the results are the same as the 1st week so thank Heavens!
Another 2 kgs down! This is absolutely amazing for me, the feeling is great! I feel motivated to keep going.
I also started doing 4km runs at the beach this weekend and I'm hoping to keep these up because they are quite refreshing after being cooped up in the house all week ( I am currently working from home so during the week I focus on home workouts - which are still aren't as great as I would like them to be but I'm hoping to get there).
Anyway, here is to another week of focus and will power!
