🧘🏾‍♀️The cold doesn’t make it better, but we continue on. I’m bored with my current training plan, so I’m starting a 12-week training plan on Monday (5 days of 45+mins HIIT and 30+mins of Yoga) Let’s see! 🦄 I’m saying it out loud for accountability.🦋 The goal is 1-2kgs a week = minimum -12kgs by end of September, fingers crossed 🤞🏾

I'm not necessarily bored with my routine but I promised myself I'd switch it up start of July and started the 2 week Chloe Ting fitness thing on YouTube. Really looking forward to having fun with my workouts. All the best to you too😁
