Back on the journey, its a not a race but a marathon. Back on track. Its OK, I can do this. Fall off the wagon get back on the wagon and enjoy the ride. I can do this. I will just make it a regular part of my life, I always feel better, healthier and more awake when I eat this way. So I must focus on health and happiness.
