Working on getting more walking in.
Have drank nothing but water for 8 weeks.
No chocolate of any kind for 5 weeks. No candy bars, no ice cream with chocolate or anything.
Quit beef 1 week ago. By doing that, that will eliminate fast food burgers a lot and we all know how fast food effects us.
A couple days ago I thought, how about chips, let’s give up chips of all kinds. Not a huge eater but once I start eating them I eat a lot of them.
Just pick an item and don’t eat anything with it in it. Been working great.
Start with one thing and a couple weeks later add another item.
Throw in some walking and anything else for a bit of fitness and build upon it.
5 pushups here, 10 pushups there, throw in a couple flights of steps, a walk around a couple blocks once a day start with that and build upon it. Add a push-up and a couple sit-ups the next week and go. A pill won’t do it for you. You have to do it for yourself, and when you do it yourself, you get to say “you did it” and you will be proud of yourself and now you can pass it forward and help someone else with your experience and how amazing the results are.
