Super busy weekend. Went to the gym on Saturday for a Pride AMRAP workout, then stayed for Piyo after. It was a good workout! One of the "moves" was to either do 5 burpees or dance for 30 seconds... It wasnt pretty but I didnt do any burpees!! Yesterday I found a stretch for hip flexors called the 90/90 and holy crap its rough. Its something to practice though. I found a guy through pinterest who has all kinds of stretching and mobility videos and Im looking forward to trying some of those too.
I have a coworker who is in waaaay better shape than I am, but she also struggles (which makes me feel like my own struggles arent completely ridiculous). Weve decided to come up with a few goals to concentrate on for a couple of weeks. Heres mine:
Gym 3x a week Stretching (10 minute min) 3x a week Hit water goal 5x a week Hit step goal 4x a week
Last week I did....meh. I did make the gym and stretching. I didnt hit my steps enough, and I did drink more water in general but I didnt actually track it so I cant actually say I did well. Thats why theyre goals though right? Progress not perfection. Same goals this week!
ALSO - MY FRIDGE IS SUPPOSED TO COME THIS WEEK! YAY! No more mini fridge!!!
