started eating under 60 g of carbs a day. Very effective. I'm determined to keep going until 💪🏽

Just be careful with this method. Scientifically carbs is what builds up water in your body. If you jump on keto or low carb diets, you usually see a big drop in weight but it's usually water weight. When you go back to eating carbs, the water builds back up again. I'm not trying to demotivate you, but just keep it in mind so that you are prepared for when you go back to "normal" amounts of carbs.

Thank you for the heads up. I was thinking to myself it's quite a huge weight loss this week and I didn't want to get too ahead of myself. I'll keep a realistic mindset and see what I weigh in at next Monday.
