Boing boing boing - Im so tired of this. Gotta get it together.

Went to the gym last night and it sucked. I couldnt do the whole workout because I felt like I was going to be sick. I did yoga on lunch for the first time in ages and I think thats part of the "problem". I stretched my hips and shoulders so much and I didnt drink enough water. My WFH monitor was too close and made me feel like I had motion sickness (like reading in the car). So by the time I got to my workout, I was already not 100%. I did what I could but we did all kinds of hip movements (bridges, leg lifts, scissor kicks, etc...) and side planks and it all sucked on my recently stretched joints. Anyway Im planning on a quick walk for lunch and then the gym tonight. I need to mow but Im going to try to hold off for another day.
