Awesome. Here are few of my takeaways from your FS presence: You are enjoying life. You hit an all time low yesterday with an average of 200 daily calories more so far for the month of June than your prior months logged. Your gym is the world. You don't seem to make mountains out of molehills. Did I miss anything?

That's a great list, Ches! Thank you for the reminder. I'm also proud of the fact that I'm 70 pounds lighter than I was when 2020 began, from following a diet I created myself. The best thing though is that I was able to reverse pre-diabetes, and get off of all three medications I was taking for high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I just may get to enjoy my life a lot longer than I would have if I would have continued on my previous path.

Basically, a winner! What an inspiration you are, Lonnie. Funny to say that on and "up four" entry, but it is exactly because you have worked so hard and are able to have those celebration days and still be well below your goal weight. That, along with lots of other reasons makes your journey so admirable! Have a great day!

So nice! Thank you, Melissa! It's nice to have enough wiggle room so that I can take a break once in a while. I'm back on track today, but I'm already thinking about what I'm gonna do on my next break. 🍔🍟🍪🍩🍨🍧🍦🌮
