No weigh in today. 🤫
Had Godfathers Combo Pizza last night. Oh my goodness it was so good. Wanted to stop at two pizzas but ended up with 3.
They say it’s ok it indulge on occasion, a good diet allows that to happen. It’s when we do it every day like in our former lives that got us on FS in the first place, that it is a problem.
So I enjoyed it at the time. Now, that being said, I do not enjoy how I feel today. It was tough to get up this morning and my legs feel tired and I haven’t even done much yet.
So in a good way when I am tempted to over eat again I will think of how I feel right now, bs when I am on my simple program.
My favs are-
Oatmeal with honey and granola.
Potatoes with corn, some soft bacon bits and sour cream. No butter or margarine.
I have them almost daily.
Bananas hit the spot too.
I have cut back huge in beef. I can eat a large chicken breast with teriyaki sauce for way less calories and fat. And tastes so much better.
