Hmmm well am up a few pounds don't know the cause it could be a few things.. my cheat on Mon night, or the yogurt I bought or eating too much since I got sick I'm really hungry.... could be too much sf chocolate that's never bothered me before. I know it's not the shakes cuz I was maintaining and just going up and down the same couple of pounds while I was sick. Soooo I found low carb yogurt at Fred Meyer and am giving the Dannon Fit and Light to my son and his girlfriend. So I'm cutting back on the shakes and calories a bit today and bought some veggies and salad with my bleu cheese dressing and got a rotisserie chicken for dinner tonight so will be cheaper and healthier... if I don't show a loss tomorrow I will know it's just TOM sneaking up on me again.

Oh Myree, I am so glad that you were able to find the low carb yogurt. I LOVE it! As for the weight gain, well you have been battling this bug, and taking steroids for so long that I am truly surprised that you only gained the little bit you did. It will be one before you know it, and you will be back on the downward slide! Take care and don't fret, pilgrim!

Thanks Steph yeah it's just weird that I gained after I am off all the drugs LOL I'm sure it's the chips and refried beans from Monday plus the wonderful chicken dish it was white meat chicken, grilled onions and a cheddar sour cream sauce omg it was good but loaded with calories LOL

Wouldn't life be boring if we never splurged a little. Hope the scale is kind tommorrow. And if not, there's always the next day as long as we hang in there. Good luck to ya!

Glad you enjoyed the splurge. I am sure it will be gone soon now that you are back on track. You sound like you are feeling better too.

So how has it been being back at work? Are you still tired or are you feeling better? What about the ribs?

Work was hard I worked 12:30-9:00 and by 4:00 I was feeling a lot of rib pain and was worn out so took my lunch break and that helped. I went to the break room and layed my head down on my arms on the table after eating and rested. I'm feeling much better today though and turns out I was only scheduled 3 days and Monday I was still out sick so only have to work Tues and Sat and only 3 days next week so nice and easy back into work.
