Hey everyone! Today is my little sister's birthday. We're going out to lunch at the mall food court then seeing Twilight (this will be my third time... Edward is SO cute :P).
Yay! I'm back to where I was pre-TOM (sorta, I figure the 218 was just water weight fluctuations) and I'm still gonna be losing! I figured out my problem. Those dang Atkin's bars. I bought 15 of them for $9.99 at the discount grocery store near me, but I know for a fact now that they stall my weight loss. So I'm going to try and not eat them, and only eat a 1/2 one when I am feeling like I need something "special". There is an apple crisp one that is really tasty, so I think it will help me when I am feeling the need for a fruity dessert.
