I know my weight seems to be going up or staying the same; but I look like I’m losing; yesterday was a no-count calories day since I’ve felt so famished this week- tuna steak, chicken, chickpea salad; and avocado tostadas! All good choices and good fats. I’m back to it today, though. Ever onward!
