We miss you, too!! But you are doing well!! Its okay to eat Atkins friendly during your pregnancy - just don't go below about 60-70 carbs per day! Talk to your doctor about it. I have two girlfriends who did it throughout their pregnancies and loved it. Neither of them gained a ton of weight - but a good amount - while they were pregnant. And one walked out of the hospital at her pre-pregnancy weight!! The other only had about 10lbs to lose. It sounds like you are gaining at a nice rate - so don't stress about it. Just thought I'd add my 2 cents, for what its worth!!!
