As family friends were visiting, I had pizza with vegetables, cheese, bread, and tomato sauce last night, less than 4 hours before bed (maybe 2). Aside from the vegetables this is all stuff I no longer choose to eat. I did notice throat a bit sore when I woke up, before I had 2 cups of water.
