Still the same weight however I am exercising almost everyday so I think it may be muscle gain. I have been using the Herbex slimmers drops for the last two weeks and I have noticed that I am not plagued by food so much anymore. This is helping me to stick to the food I prepared at home and I don't feel tempted to go to the coffee shop for snacks. My husband's also gotten on board with the exercise thing so I have the support I need and no excuse to cheat LOL I just love this app! It's amazing!!
