Disgusted with myself. Completely fell off the last month of quarantine- I was working so hard and just sabotaged myself. Well day 1 back to work and I need to make changes- my scrubs are a little tighter this morning. I did my food shopping yesterday and chose to go with all fish & seafood for the week. Hoping I can be strong and do what’s best for me and my body!!
