Well its not just the freezer, the whole fridge is done. Whatever, Ill figure this out.
Weight is down a little today, but thats just water weight. My blood work came back good. My glucose is 105 so a little high but not crazy.
I worked out last night, and Im planning on doing a zoom workout today - plus a zoom yoga tonight. Id like to get a walk today but I havent done much work so I probably should get some of that done today too. 😁
