really struggling now, this lock down is really difficult.

hang in there. I gained a lot of weight during lockdown and bc of my partner's health issues that worried us deeply. yet, I started again last Tuesday and already lost 3.9kgs. If I can do it, you can, too! fingers crossed for you 🤞🤗

Yes, I agree, for me I have times where it's difficult to stay motivated. I push myself to get started but then it starts to get easier again. Make sure you find things you enjoy to help boost your mood too, listen to your favourite music, watch your favourite films, whatever makes you smile. You'll conquer this x

I hope you are feeling better today ❤️ and I agree with singingsnail turn up the music, get your dance on, sing your heart out, draw, paint, whatever makes you feel happy! Myself&my youngest have been doing dance fit videos on YouTube,learning silly words in Spanish,cooking different countries foods,painting shells&rocks,planting seeds on our windowsill,printed off animal pictures and broke down cardboard boxes to make big collage pictures to brighten up our room walls, I've even knitted a whole three rows of a rectangle!! It's your chance to be a kid again and try all the weird & wonderful things that we usually don't have time for...have fun!!
