I am weighing in tonight, one day early, staying the same. The holiday parties have begun! I was not too careful with all the snacks available to me tonight. I wouldn't say it was crazy eating, but little appetizers that prob. add up in calories. This whole weekend could be a gaining disaster- it is completely full with 2 parties and a lunch b/w tonight and tomorrow. I will enjoy it but need to keep it mind crazy eating is what put on 5 lbs or more last year during the Christmas season.

I am feeling a lot better today and was able to get to the gym for weights and running. I am still a little weak, but so thankful to be getting better esp. wtih a full schedule this month.

Only one more pound to go, Rachel. You can do it! Bring veggies and a lite dip to all those parties so you have something to munch on. Becareful of all those liquid calories. Have a great weekend! THanks for being such a great friend and providing support all the time! I appreciate it! ((HUGS))

If you can keep the same through this dietarily treacherous time of year, you will have achieved a great feat! Great job getting to the gym. Exercise will be sure to be your (and our!) saving grace over the next few weeks. Fight on!
