Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving. It has been a relaxing couple of days for us which has been really nice. We did not have any other plans with family this year, so it was just our family. We saw Madagascar 2 which was really good and put up the Christmas tree. Lots of good food too of course- too much food, but I increased some workouts to help balance it out.

My workouts have been great this week. This morning I got on my treadmill and ran 5 miles in 55 minutes! Yeah! I can't believe how far I can go now b/c of just pushing myself and continued training. It is really exciting to see the progress! It still doesn't mean running is easy. I still totally have to push myself in the beginning, but once I get going it seems to get a little easier. It is a great challenging exercise. I also burned 530 calories which is also exciting to see.

Wow! 5 miles!!! That's such fabulous progress. And I totally agree about the running not being easy. It gets easier for me, too, once I get past the first 5 minutes. Fantastic calorie burning going on there. No wonder your chart is not showing any damage from the celebrations. Keep up the great effort!
