Staying the same this morning. I'm ok with that b/c I had not eaten too carefully this past weekend.

I am heading to the gym this afternoon for an extended workout which I am looking forward to. I plan to stay there the whole time my son is in preschool, so 2 1/2 hours. I plan to do weights, bike, run and swim. Should be lots of good calories burned off before Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow!

We are just having our own family here, no guests for the first time. I am ok with that. It will just be nice relaxing family time and time to put up Christmas decorations and I got some wire and beads to make homemade ornaments with the kids which should be fun too. I'm thankful for FS and my buddies here. Thanks for being an encouragement on this journey!
