Finally a .800gram drop. Stopped STRICT keto. Just cal count and watch the carbs. Max have one serve a day of something like a slice of grain bread or 1/2 cup rice 🍚 Love cauliflower rice
Still no pasta 🍝 So seems to be working. Possibly needed the fibre ????

Try oats their a great source of fibre and they are delicious with fruit!

Thank u. I don’t eat breakfast tho generally. I do intermittent fasting So 2 meals only. Don’t really fancy oats for lunch or dinner. And I only eat fruit a couple of times a week due to the sugar and carbs Great idea tho for when I am at goal and will eat a little more ☝️👍🙏

parksy64, I had a week of fantastic loss and I am putting it down to my macros adjustment. I am now trying to stick with 65% Fat, 5% Carb and 30% protein. Hopefully I have cracked my weightloss code. I've lost 1.7kg this week which is 2.25% of body weight. very happy with that after 30 weeks of Keto. Hopefully your twerking of macros will also work for you!

Thanks aras78. I was doing similar macros for many weeks and just stalled on the strict keto So just relaxes it and it’s moved. I think the higher fat content of keto doesn’t work for me. I have a fat intolerance from many years ago when very underweight Mixed my system up maybe. Not sure
