A co-worker and I joined a gym yesterday. It's just down the street from our office, so now that the weather is getting too cold for walking outdoors, we can go work-out there. They have a small circuit training area that you can complete in 30 min., so we can workout during our lunch hour.
I'm still having health issues, so I haven't been doing the Jillian Michaels DVD at home in the mornings. And I've been feeling really run-down, so lunch time workouts have been hit-or-miss. I'm hoping I'll start feeling better soon so I can start working out again.
My co-worker, Amy, is really great. She keeps me motivated in a non-judgmental way. If anything, she's my workout buddy... always asking if we're working out today, and if I'm not feeling well, she doesn't let that stop her from working out alone.
