I knew it was going to slow down this week now that I'm almost there 1kg to go 🤞😁 so excited I'm almost at the stage of lossing my 6.5year old in weight rather than my almost 4 year old 🤣

Haha chestnut 😂 it's ok the older two are safe they are 43kg plus I won't be losing that much weight

thanks funnyonion this is the first time I've successfully lost weight tried many of times and failed sometimes on the first day of trying 😂 I'm eating healthier cut all the take aways out don't eat cakes biscuits crisps etc I've got some one fibre brownies and lemon squares they are soo yummy and miller light chocolate fix desserts again so yummy! I try to eat only between 10am-6pm I only drink water now too! I weigh everything I eat and record it down on here my recommended calories ATM is 1500 but I never get to that I'm more 900-1000 struggling to get the balance correct and calories up healthily but not too worried ATM no as still loosing weight but will need to try when I want to maintain! I've also got a treadmill that I go on 5-6 mornings a week not running just brisk walking mainly! before lock down I did out door walking too with the dog 🙃

Thanks for the advice Jo, I have had 2 or 3 treadmills over the years, always with the intension of using them and then I get lazy after the 3rd day!!! My boyfriend said I'm not allowed any more as he is sick of taking them up and down stairs when I decide to get rid. I know I need to sort myself out but I seem to get stuck in rut. Luckily I have this app to give me inspiration. I know what I need to do and I'm going to try my best to do it. Well done again, you look amazing and you have certainly inspired me over the last few months. Take care and stay safe x

Treadmill can be stressful with all the kids home I'm stuck on there and they are doing things they shouldn't 🤣 so I look forward to doing it alone once they are all back at school! Good luck with your loss xx
