Oh the weird world of autoimmune . Took Lasix 3 days in a row to get the inflammation down plus cutting calories. So weird. At least I’m on the downswing again. Definitely talking to my dr about this. It’s almost impossible to lose when it’s actually inflammation. I’ve really worked hard to limit sugar and salt so... just have to see how it all works out. Hope you all he e the most beautiful day!!! 💜🤗🌈

Going Paleo really helped me with inflammation plus I had other health issues going on at once. But last year when we started fasting we started eating less meat so now we are more vegetarian. We eat meat twice a month and it’s usually steamed chicken or ground turkey. We did add beans & oatmeal back into our eating this year to see if the inflammation stays down. Good luck autoimmune is hard sometimes. 🍀🍀

Thank You all so much for the support. It’s definitely inflammation. Autoimmune def sucks!! I’m losing slowly so that means it will stay off. I don’t eat any red meat or pork and haven’t since I was 40. I’m 62 and hope a bday this year of I have my way. I’m very in time with my body and have asked my drs about many diets. No fasting for me as it messes with my endocrine system. I use protein shakes and eat poultry and fish and loads of veg. My daughter made carbs tonight uck. I’ll eat it today and do better tomorrow! Thanks again all!! It’s a struggle, but I never give up. 💜🤗
