Starting over again. Had a bit of an emotional Lockdown but as of today really want to get on to the right path. Since my wedding had to be postponed I now have more time to work on my healthy eating. No crash diets. Because we all know they don't really work. I really want to make this a longterm thing. Think my head will be in a better space if I do it properly. Slow and steady.
