Holy crap. After so much time, effort, hormone issues, thyroid issues, ups & downs, extreme stress, medication adjustments for my neurological conditions, etc... I have FINALLY broken free of the dreaded 50s. I truly thought I’d never stop seeing that “150-something”. And just as I had finally begun to accept my body at that number.... boom! I’m back in the 40s!!! My goal is to get to the 30s, and that would be a major success with all I deal with. It’s ok if it’s at a snails pace, as long as it’s progress! This quarantine has actually been good for me, as it has also made me even more ultra aware. Onward!
