I was off program for 4 days on a ski trip and came back with a gain. I will be doing 3 protein days followed by program. My chickens have come home to roost!
63.6 kg 지금까지 감소한: 7.6 kg.    남은양: 5.1 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 잘 따르지 않음.

Thanks, Glen. You are so right. Cut yourself some slack - Stress is the hardest challenge to staying on track so try not to get discouraged. We flew to Mammoth Mountain - one of our favorite ski places. I have never been to Breckenridge but would love to try it out! I hope your appraisal turns out well. You have a good one, too!
