Intermittent fasting has been working better great. Today will be day 4/5 and window closes at 8pm weekdays, 9pm weekends. No coffee or food of any kind after time, only water.

Still mindful of serving sizes but am able to approximate most things based on past measurements via food scale. Easier to keep a detailed food journal during work week, even without work.

Calisthenics 3-4 weekly. Feeling good.
