Same. Same. No loss below this for 28 days. Back up then back to this number. Again I just calculated I lost 4.5 kilos in 8 weeks just counting calories. And 2.5 in 7 weeks doing keto I think I know what my next move HAS to be. Reckon maybe there’s too much fat in the keto diet for my body ! ??? I know that’s what supposed to work but I think for me I have to cut fat and obvious sugar and just count calories
