Uve bn doing good, d u think ur maybe not eating enough?
This is hard, especially when ur out of ur routine, n used to doing fitness another way, maybe just a wee blip, keep to ur home gym routines, take care xx

I am actually walking more now I'm WFH!
My commute was 20 miles every day to/from work-sitting in M25 pile ups often! then once at work then sit behind a desk all day! I used to do swimming at gym after work if I wasn't too late!

hi, maybe try some hasfit on you tube, they're great and have 20 min workouts if you're short on time or only feel like a short work out, good luck x

naww not going 'wrong' just not going as thought. you have a very small gain here really. although a blow,its worth remembering it could be anything causing it?? stick with it. dont be deterred. x
