My day at the fair yesterday really took it's toll on the scale this am. That's OK, today is a new day and that is really the first time I feel like I really went off the charts with any kind of bad foods since I began this journey in June. Taking the day off and plan to get a bunch of exercise and will go easy on the calorie intake for the next couple of days.
