Well, I log everything 😩 Y’all know.....everything lol. I don’t care what is seen from 🍻 or 🍷, it’s not anything different from before to certain activities 🙃🤪 If I go over I go over, and it is a rare occasion, unless steroids. but I’m always in a deficit at the end of the week. The last day of activity was Monday. I am getting the corona cushy. I’m getting fluffy in the middle. I need to get back on my stairclimber. Hopefully this weekend will be stairclimber dancing and dancing. I had the hungries after work. I refrained from the chocolate eggs that you get from church. Gave them to hubby and daughter. I went for the last of the tomato bisque and one slice of Dave’s Killer bread with cream cheese, but it was like 11 p.m I ate pretty darn close to my RDI yesterday, just under. Now this was before my meds ie water pill. So I’m sure it won’t last. Having to work from home for 8 hours and my boys doing 🏡 school, I’m not running around the office. But also work is slow. Only 6 patients came in from 4-8( one decided to check in at 7:55 rude) so there till 8:30. I’m so not getting upset by this. A little frustrating I have to admit, because I am logging everything. I need to move my hiney more!! No work till Tuesday so no excuses!! 💪💪💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻. I still got this☺️ I always say my weight can fluctuate. Anyways, Happy Friday friends. Don’t give your self a hard time. You got this. My weight fluctuates a lot. I’ll bet this will be back down in a day or two at the most.

Thank you zedgardner ☺️ In hindsight, I think it’s 3 things, I have been sedentary, stress-cortisol ( like everyone) and I have so not been drinking enough water. No where close. I’m fixing that today and movement because those are definitely 2 things I can control. Thanks friend ☺️♥️💜💚

5 water bottles in and now I’m freezing lol. I found if I take the lid off and throw it away, it ensures I will drink the water. Weird, but it works.

Thanks friend 🤗 Shirfleur, I am still up lol. I got my water in for sure. My movement sadly was 3 loads of laundry and making a difficult dinner🤷🏻‍♀️ Friend, I’m stressed out😞
