Holy smokes!! Down 10 lbs !! Started this Monday. Cut out the drinking, binge eating, daily desserts, carb overload, and high calories. I’ve recorded all meals and got outside for daily walks. I know my first initial 10lbs this week is the “water weight” and the easiest to lose - I know for next week it will be tougher- Im committed! I feel in a great mental state! I’m ready to transform during this quarantine!! Stay strong ! Cook ur meals, u have all the time in the world to focus !!!
