Been working hard on my nutrition and fitness - I know I am gaining some lean mass but can't really get my body composition tested. Studying an app to help me become a better online coach. The extrovert in me is going a little crazy. Getting creative with the food. I am experimenting a little with carb cycling. Something that is challenging when working but since I am not currently working why not give it an experiment! PS. The attached picture may be white eggs but they are not egg whites!!!
