Struggled yesterday with my emotional, mental, and physical health. I didnt get out for a walk or a workout. I didnt eat well and I kept tearing up most of the day. Stupid.
I did end the day on a group chat with 3 of my friends and a well poured glass of wine though, and that helped. Our vet visit went well, we upped the insulin by 2 units and shes on an antibiotic for an abscess on her chin that they didnt notice last week. I cant say I blame them, it was a little chaotic but Im glad I brought it up.
Im not sure if I feel better today. Its been raining FOREVER and Im sure thats part of the problem. How did Laura Ingalls Wilder make it though the Bad Winter??? Anyway, Im going to try to catch myself when I feel like Im going down that rabbit hole.
