I am sooo proud of myself..I just did 4 whole miles on my new workout!!! I only did 2 miles last time..thought I would try 3 miles tonight, then just kept going..Thought that I would die!!! It is the Walk Fit dvd. My husband bought it for me and I just love it!! (I am lucky to have such a sweet, supportive husband)
Well, off to the shower, gotta get ready for bed so I can do it all again tommorow.
