You are tall. For your height, anything below 56kgs is considered underweight. So for now, you are healthy. I would go crazy during the weekend and enjoy everything and eat healthy during the week but still eating more carbs than usual. That way you don’t drop anymore. Hopefully lol, you could still drop weight🙈 good luck 🍀

Thanks for the advice Pascoal777 i truly appreciate it,i guess ive been overweight most of my life,the moment i gain i feel as tho I'm going to gain everything i lost,then i start going crazy on a low calorie diet and training crazy,people do keep telling me i need to gain weight and sometimes i think so 2,until i start to gain,the whole process repeats itself, i guess i just need to get my head right

Have a number in mind. And stick to it. Don’t go below it and try to maintain it. If you can get that right. Then hopefully you will be fine. Especially now it’s flu season and viruses going around... keep healthy. That’s the most important thing 💖
