I've just tried to make general incremental lifestyle changes - and have been a bit more committed to exercise - a 10 day flu got in my way. When I'm sick I just want to sleep and eat carbs - so bad. However, my baby and I do manage to get out most days for nice long walks , yoga classes and things like that. I feel like I just need an attitude adjustment - as soon as I think exercise i think - oohhhhgawwwwdddd! SO thats not so good
