Making solid food choices IS in your control, and you CAN be successful even when you feel like sh!t in other areas. Hang in there. I know stress can be a big contributor to diet failure, but it doesn't HAVE to be. Good job on seeking counseling. The smartest thing a person can do is get help when they need it. Both my kids went to counseling, and so have I. Use whatever tools are available to you, including this website for support.
