Didn’t even make 700 calories funny enough as was purely focused on carb count not calorie count Carbs were 20 grams I do intermittent fasting anyway and have for a year had a 3 egg veg omelette for lunch and was not hungry by dinner so had a very small serve of fish curry. And small veg
Dropped my daily cappuccino as it has 9 grams of carbs. So herb tea or black coffee for now And tried to up the h2o
