Another all right day. Ive been trying to update my Macs but Im not quite happy with where they are so I dont really know if I stayed in line with my dinner last night. My protein is high though, so Im happy with that.

I also made it to the gym. It was hard, and it sucked, but I was happy that I could do things that I didnt think I could. The past two days at the gym have been interesting. I feel like Im so far "behind", and theres things that are extra hard, but then theres things that are not at all hard and its a reminder that I havent lost all of my progress. I think thats an easy mindset to get into- Ive lost my progress so I quit, or use light weights that are far too light. I know that if I stick with it, I will start seeing progress quickly.

I have a pretty lofty goal right now, so I just need to put my head down and get to it. That means that when I cant get to the gym, I need to be EXTRA mindful on what Im putting into my body.

I was getting burned out on eggs for breakfast so I tried greek yogurt mixed w/ cottage cheese - Im a fan! I dont get quite as much protein though so until I precook some turkey bacon, Im back to the eggs with some fancy cheese sprinkled on it to give it some variety. Then I have the yogurt/CC mix in the afternoon as a snack.

Well I didnt set out to write a book this morning, I guess I just had some things I needed to get out. If you actually read this - good on you! And...Im sorry. 😂
