I’ve actually kinda “taken the week off”. Still a tad sick from my son’s bronchitis event lol. I over ate 3 nights in a row for sure, hardly done any physical activity besides the daily work grind. I’m weighing in now because I’ll be out of town tomorrow and Monday for work in Daytona. Back to my goal of 4 lbs this week. Maybe I’ll be at my April goal of 310 sooner that I thought.
