This comes as ab absolute shock 🤯. I woke up and weighed myself and was 60.9 not surprised as I ate badly yesterday then did my daily things haf a smoothie for breakfast took a shower then weighed again just to make sure and the scake said 58. My question now is can the weight of pajamas and pee weigh 3kg is this even possible?

Yip, my morning per is 600 to 800grams. My clothes weigh about 1.5kgs on average. Weigh as u come out shower in morning, after morning routine

I had the same problem when weighing in. I got lighter later. It's usually heavier

do you guys weigh everyday? should I weigh in daily?

I weigh daily to see how my body reacts to certain foods and stress and exercise etc, no need to weigh in everyday do what makes you feel comfortable
