I was resting up taking Wifeys advice♥️ Thanks friends ☺️🤗The meds started kicking in around 11 this morning 🙌 I was getting really junky in the chest so neb treatment, codeine cough syrup, steroids and I’m on Tamiflu twice a day. I’m starting to get full and wheezy again, but if I stay up in treatments hopefully I can kick this soon 😊 Yes djsingh we are friend🤗💪💃🏻💃🏻😘 Thanks mrsroboto, tatauu, silkian, my bro yo, Binky, jimmiepop and marytygh I am really excited ☺️🥰 and thanks for the well wishes ♥️♥️💜💚

Been trying to avoid going KETO, but my weight loss is getting really slow. I guess its time to bite the bullet and "just do it". I worry about gaining the weight back when going off KETO. Can't stay on it forever - those ketones are bad for your liver.

Good for you bondo! You don’t have to do keto to lose the last 12 lbs. You can go simply LC/HF, LC/HP, or just up your activity and increase your water. There are a few here who are successful in keto. I do a little of everything because I do what I want ☺️

Oh my goodness, you're almost there!!!🌟 Take care my friend. My mom used to make us hot lemon tea, with honey and a spoonful of whiskey to help cut the congestion. Don't know if it really helped, but it sure tasted good. 🌈
