I am about ready to leave the hospital after spending a week there following bowel obstruction surgery. I will be glad to get home again. Because I have not been able to eat all week I have lost approx, 10 lbs. although I would not recommend this method for weight loss I have got a jump-start on losing weight again. It would appear that for me I really do have to keep a daily record of what I eat in order to keep my weight under control. New lesson learned. I will reach my goal of 180 lbs!
